Apply for a Library Card

Residents of Luzerne County are entitled to a library card from the Luzerne County Library System (LCLS). Applications are available at any of the ten LCLS libraries or we can mail one to a private residence by filling out the application below. Not only do county residents with library cards have access to all libraries in Luzerne County, they also have access to the more than 500 state-aided libraries in Pennsylvania through the Access PA program. Cards will be mailed, but proof of residency will be required during your first library visit.
